Open consultation hours without prior online registration will no longer take place. Please notice that neither by telephone nor by e-mail a registration for the acute consultation hour can be arranged. Registration for this takes place exclusively online via our booking system.

Acute consultation hours & registration

The acute consultation hour for patients with statutory insurance takes place in each case Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m instead and can exclusively be attended with prior online registration.

The possibility to register will be 48 hours in advance activated in our booking system. The weekends are skipped, so you already have Fridays from 08:00 a.m have the opportunity to register for the acute consultation hours on Monday and Tuesday to book. Tuesdays from 08:00 a.m is therefore the booking for the acute consultation for the Thursday possible.

Please come to our practice at the booked time and allow for a waiting time. We would like to point out politely that the capacity of the acute consultation hour is limited. Should the message "There are currently no appointments available for this practitioner or this type of appointment. Please try again later." appear, all registrations for the acute consultation are already theren assigned within the next 48 hours.

Please note that each patient needs a separate registration. Exceptions to this are families with children and medically necessary escorts. It is not an appointment with a fixed time but a registration with a waiting time.

As a new patient, you are welcome to print out our required data protection information at home in advance. Please bring the completed documents with you when you visit the practice.

For regular check-up appointments and planned examinations (e.g. skin cancer screening), please continue to use our regular telephone appointment.
